What Does The Root Chakra Do

The root chakra is the foundation of the human body and should be examined in that way. Much like a house, the Root is the base of everything. It is in the root there is stability and security. The root chakra is also spiritually connected to the earth and all that is around us. A balanced root will provide a feeling of  security and safety. During your life when the root chakra is out of balance it may cause all the other chakras to be out of balance also.

The root chakra is spiritually powerful and connected to a person’s ancestral history which means they can carry the energies from the times of their ancestors. Energy Healing Is It For Real

Body, spirit, mind Balance

amazon-affiliate-disclosure-policy

Well what do you think about energy healing, is it for real? I have been a skeptic for many years and this is a subject area that I only have a small amount of knowledge about. I know the we are powerful beings and that we either can create a negative environment or a positive environment through the way we think or act. So being that the brain is a lot of neurons that connect to different body movements are we all just energy within a shell called a human body?

There are many so called experts in this field that have indeed been studying the subject with a lot of intensity. As a person of faith one may say it is blasphemous to say that mere humans have power and their own distinct energy source. Is that really a true statement if you have a religious background or is it just a way to keep people from believing that our source or higher being is within us. I do believe in spirits and I feel I have a strong sense of spirituality but I am not a follower of a traditional religion.

As a child I always talked to a GOD, and I always had my own ideas of who and what this GOD was so taking my faith to an extended belief such as energy healing was not so difficult for me. In all the Bible stories that have been told didn’t Jesus and GOD both expected us to believe with our mind, body and soul for things to happen. Take Noah he had to believe that it was GOD talking to him and that the storm would come and also the rain would stop.

Another example was the belief that a blind man would see or a cripple would walk. Were these examples of think it, feel it, then be it. I am in a place today that is open to this concept and as I look back on the history of spirit and the idea that we are all energy based beings I really need to consider all of these teachings. Now I am not here to preach religion or anti-religion, my only motive is to help others to open up to all the possibilities of life.

As I explore and open myself up to the idea of my mind being an energy force and realize the depth of that I also know that there is a world out there that is huge. The beautiful thing about the freedom to choose is that we can believe in a source within our mind, body, and souls to develop a lifestyle of our own.

One thing I am absolute about is I do have the power to be a positive source for others and with that alone there is only the idea energy healing that makes sense to me. I choose to be a source of good energy which in turn creates more good energy. That said then my higher being has allowed for me to see how powerful on human can be in this world we live in.
